Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos
The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized with a specialized application. You can save maps of your home as well as set up cleaning schedules and select the mopping mode you prefer. You can also adjust the suction power, and the amount of water the mop is using.
A mapping feature helps your robot navigate through rooms, while an obstacle avoidance feature prevents it from running into wires, furniture or other pet toys. These features are vital for my home, which is full of toys.
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and lift its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, with the ability to recognize pets plants, a variety of small objects.
The maximum suction power is 6,000 pascals. This is more than any other robot vacuum we've test so far. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.
The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad at more than 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also comes with mop lifter technology that lifts the pad automatically when it changes between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking soft surfaces.
The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be cleaned and heat-dried within the dock and the dust container is automatically emptied and returned to it. You can set it and forget about it. It is only necessary to replenish the water tank or change the dust bag every now and then.
All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its standard vac and mop settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and return to its base for a recharge. This isn't far off from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on the same level as other hybrids I've tried.
This is a highly well-rounded and capable product, with the only drawback being the fact that it's costly. Its sheer number of features makes it an appealing choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this vacuum when you can justify the cost.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end mop and robot vacuum. The price is justified by its robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that gyrate. It also comes with an app-based controller that is smart and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.
The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is among the highest robotic vacuum and mop combinations available. In my tests, it performed well across the entire home. It removed 98.4% debris on all types of floors and managed to lift long hair without getting caught up in. The mops were also great, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion and an incredibly strong cleaning solution.
The L10S Ultra's most significant selling point is its innovative multi-functional docking station. The dock emptys its dustbin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable mopping and dries its mop pads for you. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its intelligent controls allow you to schedule regular cleaning sessions.
Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I tested The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra’s high-end features it still requires regular maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water and tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads that are sold separately will also require replacement every few months.
I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. If you're on a tight budget, I recommend a more basic model that will allow you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robotic mop and vacuum combination you could find, its high price and ongoing maintenance will make it more of an option than a necessity.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
If you're in search of a robot mop and vacuum that can clean up dust and dirt on your floors while taking care of wet messes you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combination comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for both mopping and vacuuming. It is also equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It even has mop rollers that clean itself as it moves this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that have to return to their base station mid-clean in order to rinse off the mop's pad.
The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it gets a constant supply of fresh, ozonated filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Any dry debris is swept away with the side brushes or swept into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements, and then pumped into a larger storage canister. The onboard tank can hold a substantial amount of water, and can handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before rushing out.
The S1 Pro comes ready to use right out of the box as do other robotic vacuums and mops. It will need to be filled with clean water, but this is simple to do within the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you decide to use this feature however, you'll be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands, allowing you to use your choice of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, as did the majority of robots. It was quick to map a space and moved around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with larger piles a couple of times during my tests. However this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for a reasonable price.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum, but it still offers some impressive features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing mop pads as they go. robot vacuum best mopping system is able to sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is perfect for picking up pet hair and debris on carpets.
The application that runs the appliance is quite complex, and offers various options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean all areas that are mapped by this device, or select individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've developed. There are a number of mopping options which include SmartPlan -an algorithm that makes use of the sensors on the mops to find the most efficient method to clean your home while it maps the area.
The Qrevo was a great performer during our tests, just like the other Roborock models we've test. Its navigation system is solid it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in an organized fashion. The 'Normal" pathing setting covers the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well too, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like thick carpets but may not be able detect smaller objects such as electrical wires and rug tassels.
This device has a major issue: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who regularly vacuum before using their robot. There's an easy solution: the app offers a feature that allows you to "clean up", at the end of every vacuuming session. You can use the vacuum's mopping capabilities to remove the last traces and dust that remained after vacuuming. It's a nice addition and helps this robot clean up a little bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
